We offer FREE standard shipping for all orders in Australia.
Rates for Express Shipping in Australia & International Shipping are calculated at checkout depending on your location.
All orders come with a tracking number for your convenience. You will receive an email notification with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as weather, public holidays, or courier delays.
Processing Times
- Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Times – Australia
- FREE Standard Shipping – 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location.
- Express Shipping – 1 to 3 business days for metro areas; regional areas may take longer.

- Asia (Singapore, Hong Kong): 5 to 10 days
- North America (Canada & USA): 6 to 12 days

Customs and Duties
- Import duties, taxes, and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.
- Please contact your local customs office for further information about these fees.
Missed Deliveries
Customer Responsibility
- Ensure you provide a valid and complete delivery address.
- Items returned to us due to an invalid address or non-collection from a courier hub will incur a $15 restocking fee.
Redelivery Fees:
- Redelivery requests incur a handling fee of $10 plus additional shipping costs.
Missing or Delayed Parcels
We work with a trusted panel of couriers to ensure timely deliveries. In the unlikely event your parcel is delayed or missing:
- Contact us immediately for assistance.
- We will liaise with the courier to investigate and provide updates.
Please note that we are not responsible for parcels that have been marked as delivered but are reported missing. In such cases, we recommend contacting the courier directly.
Returns Policy
Our Returns Policy is designed to assist you with any returns. These rights are in addition to the rights and remedies you may have as a consumer under Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Important Notes
- Contact Us First: You must contact us in writing or via electronic communication to obtain approval before returning any item. Returns without prior approval or adherence to our instructions will not be accepted.
- No Refunds on Delivery Costs: Delivery costs are non-refundable.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
- Return shipping to our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia is at your own cost.
Change of Mind Returns
We do not offer exchanges. If an exchange is required, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
Eligibility
- Notify us in writing (see “How to Lodge a Return Request” below) within 30 days of receipt.
- Return the item in the same condition as purchased: unused, unworn, unopened, with all included accessories and components, and in resaleable condition.
- Return the item within 10 business days of receiving a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number.
- Follow all instructions in our returns process.
Additional Notes
- Delivery costs are not refundable.
- Refunds will only be processed in the same tender as the original purchase.
- Returns are at your cost and risk, including shipping. High-value items should be insured.
- If conditions are not met, you are responsible for return shipping costs to your address.
- Change of mind returns are not accepted for items in damaged or broken sealed packages.
- Items under $15 are not eligible for change of mind returns.
Faulty or Damaged Products
Eligibility
- Notify us in writing with proof of purchase.
- Return the item with accompanying proof within 10 business days of receiving an RMA number.
Assessment Process
- Faults will be assessed by us or a third party.
- Manufacturer support may expedite resolution.
Important Notes
- Improper use, general wear and tear, or neglect are not grounds for returns.
- Clothing not adhering to care instructions will not be deemed faulty.
How to Lodge a Return Request
Provide the following information:
- Description of the item to be returned.
- Reason for return.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., tax invoice).
- Photos and/or videos of any faults or issues.
- Expected outcome (refund, replacement).
Once issued an RMA number:
- Include proof of purchase.
- Carefully pack the product to prevent damage.
- Ship with tracking – this is at your own cost.
